Three things we think you NEED to hear!

We grew up across the street from an orange grove, and people used to say, orange juice was like sunshine in a glass. To this day, we still love their sweet taste and the fragrance of their orange blossoms.

Have you ever thought about the fact that inside one orange seed lies the potential of an entire grove?

The only way to get there though is to plant the seed in an environment that allows it to tap into its internal potential and for the plant to persist through the challenges of growth and weather until it is able to be strong enough to flourish.

You and I are a lot like those seeds, so to help you get to your point of flourishing, here are three things we want you to remember.

Your value

You are uniquely gifted with talents, interests, experiences, and a perspective that only you can bring. In short, you are AMAZING! Sometimes when we are so close to the circumstances we face, it can be easy to focus on the difficulties and forget about the innate value we have.

So, this is your reminder. You have something special that the world needs you to give, and no one else can do it quite like you. Seek to clarify your purposeand utilize your abilities so that you will not only be able to experience incredible success, but also the greatest fulfillment that comes from being who you were designed to be.

Don’t settle

When you’re in between seasons of life or navigating a challenging season, it can become tempting to take the path of least resistance. One of the things we often remind ourselves of is, “So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up” (Gal. 6:9).

Usually your breakthrough is closer than you think. The struggle develops your strength, and there are lessons to be learned in the place you are currently in.

Your Strength

You know what?! You’ve survived 100% of your bad days, so in celebration, reflect on how strong you are, how much you’ve grown…and KEEP GOING because the best is yet to come!

We do a lot of training for leaders, helping them to develop the skills they need to be successful in mobilizing teams, reaching goals, and equipping others.

Though leadership focuses a lot on working with groups, teams, and organizations, so much of the essential work begins within the leader themselves.

Only when you have internalized the three things we just shared with you, are you able to find your sweet spot, confidently lead, and empower others to overcome obstacles so that they can reach goals.

Those who lack a sense of purpose end up living a life that is monotonous and dissatisfying. A lot of people feel this way but don’t know how to fix it. If that’s you, we want to help.

Your best life and leadership is possible.

What are some of your strengths and natural gifts? How often are you using them?
